John 'Freeborn' Welch is a corrective exercise and holistic lifestyle coach with over 24 years of experience helping people optimize their health and overcome pain.

Born with clubbed feet, John's legs were cast during infancy, setting the stage for a childhood of physical instability. He was forcibly vaccinated during his early teens, inspiring him to become the healthiest version of himself.

He became addicted to painkillers throughout high school and college to cope with a debilitating wrist injury. When the doctor proposed a risky surgical procedure during his mid-20s, John opted to change his lifestyle to self-heal holistically. In two years, he restored full mobility and freed himself from dependence on medication, serving as the catalyst for John to pursue a holistic health career.

His discovery of how to activate, integrate, and strengthen the ligamentum nuchae helped him overcome neuropathy, TMJ, TBI, and other conditions.

John teaches clients and certifies practitioners to unlock their primal spinal intelligence with somatic movement protocols. His clients report significant health improvements, from overcoming dizziness and migraines to ridding neuropathy and pain.
